Your Legacy — as art.

( the experience )

Photography has always spoken for what sometimes cannot be said. It serves as a voice for the soul and an ear for the eyes. Pausing time, preserving moments, and in turn — preserving humanity.

A wedding day is filled with unscripted moments that tell a larger story. The way the light pours into the room. The breath before it begins. The laughter that interrupts. The ordinary becoming meaningful. The way you find each other in the middle of everything.

This is why photography matters. It is evidence — of being here, loving, living. The story we move through as individuals. The story we share. And every story is worth holding onto.

I feel there is nothing more truly artistic than to love people.

Safety.

Trust.

Connection.

Our journey together begins long before the wedding day itself. We first connect, human to human, creating a space that feels intentional, grounded, and open. I’ll share a questionnaire that helps me understand your love story more deeply. Why this moment matters to you. This becomes the intention we hold throughout your engagement.

From there, we’ll connect through a vision call and ongoing check-ins throughout the planning process. A space to talk through ideas, shape the flow of the day, and make sure everything feels aligned as it comes together.

On your wedding day, we move through it together with space and presence, allowing you to soften into the experience rather than perform it. When things begin to move quickly, I’ll slow it down. When a moment feels overwhelming, I’ll gently bring you back.

Weddings can hold a lot. Emotion, family dynamics, expectations, transition. You don’t have to carry all of that on your own. For those who want deeper support, I offer a dedicated 1:1 space alongside the wedding experience. A place to move through what’s coming up, gain clarity, and stay grounded as you step into this next chapter.

So you can stay connected to what matters, make decisions that feel true, and move through the day with clarity and trust in yourself.

This work is grounded in somatic awareness and depth psychology, bringing attention to both what is felt in the body and what lives beneath the surface.

( My Process )

Rather than placing you into something that simply looks beautiful, we get clear on the story we’re telling together. The intention is to create a space where you feel comfortable, seen, and able to be fully present in your experience.

I pay attention to what’s real — the subtle details, the in-between moments, the things that might otherwise go unnoticed. I’ll offer gentle direction when it’s needed, but nothing is forced. Everything is shaped around what feels natural to you.

I work slowly and intentionally, allowing space for things to unfold. Space to notice, to feel, to move, and to respond in the moment. What we create together isn’t about performance. It’s about presence.

My style is often described as honest, poetic, emotive, cinematic, and natural. Yet I don’t artistically limit myself to a defined style — your photographs will be a reflection of who you are and how it all truly felt.

ROOTED IN PRESENCE —

My collections aren’t built around a fixed number of hours. It’s shaped around what the day actually asks for. Some moments take time. Others pass quickly. I stay with what’s real, rather than rushing through it.

The focus is on how it’s experienced. Not just how it’s scheduled. This allows the day to unfold with more space, more ease, and more presence. So you can stay inside it, rather than managing it. What’s created from that isn’t forced or compressed. It’s something felt, and something you can return to.

( Frequently Asked Questions )

  • My journey with photography began at just 14 years old. I officially established my business in 2010.

  • I am based in Santa Cruz Mountains and Big Sur. Reach out if you are planning on traveling to the area so we can coordinate a session! Clients often travel to me because the area is so beautiful and interesting to explore :)

  • Travel is included in all of my pricing! So you don’t have to worry about any unexpected costs.

  • I take on an average of 10 weddings and elopements per year. I value the experience I offer to each and every one of my couples. And I truly value my energy as an artist. Traveling, communication, coaching, creating, shooting, and post processing require a lot of precious time :)

  • A bridal coach is someone who supports you throughout your engagement — not just with planning, but with everything that comes with it.

Weddings can bring up a lot. Stress, family dynamics, expectations, big decisions, and emotions that aren’t always easy to navigate.

I’m there to help you move through it with clarity and steadiness.

With a background in depth and somatic psychology, I support my couples in working through what comes up along the way — whether that’s tension, pressure, or uncertainty. So you can stay connected to what actually matters.

Together, we slow things down, bring awareness to what you’re feeling, and make space for more grounded, intentional decisions.

The goal isn’t to “fix” anything, but to help you feel more present, more supported, and more like yourselves as you move through this season.

  • For weddings I require a 30% retainer to secure your spot in my calendar. The remaining 70% is due 1 month in advance.

You can choose to split the investment into monthly or bimonthly payments to make things more affordable.

  • I shoot on both film and digital.

For weddings, I rely on digital for its flexibility, but I’m drawn to film for the way it holds light, texture, and feeling.

Because of this, I take a hybrid approach — moving between the two depending on what the moment calls for.

I bring a professional SLR alongside a mix of point-and-shoot and medium format cameras, allowing space for both precision and spontaneity throughout the day.

  • If the weather is too harsh to shoot in or unsafe to travel then we can totally reschedule. But I always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way — messy weather is beautiful and unique in photos!

  • I try my best to work with my couples as I realize that life happens and some things are inevitable! If I can reschedule your day then I make it happen, otherwise if you’ve already put a retainer down and then have to move/cancel it, the retainer is legally non-refundable.

  • All of my prices are firm. I intentionally price according to my availability, demand, energetic offering, and travel.

For those with currently limited financial resources who are planning a conscious wedding, I offer 3 supported partial grants per year. I value love and the intention of planning a meaningful day and realize the cost of planning a wedding can be overwhelmingly expensive. Some couples simply do not have the financial assistance from family, or means to take out a loan for their wedding. I don’t believe making a conscious decision should sacrifice having your dream photographer. In many cases, that is the only vendor that some couples hire because they have simplified with everything else. I cannot offer this to everyone (though I wish I could) but I do reserve a percentage from each wedding to be able to make this possible for 3 couples a year. Reach out to me — I’d love to connect with you and see if working together will be a possibility.

( Travel Itinerary )

Over the years I have become super intentional with my travel. I tend to travel in seasons and try not to spend too much time away from home. I will only take on an additional session if I have enough time in my itinerary that still allows for flow. If you are interested in booking me while I’m in the area, please contact me ahead of time so I can notify you before booking my travel.

Your Legacy as art.

I believe you’re meant to take up space. To be seen as you are, and to share a life that feels like your own.

Photography becomes a way of holding that. Not just how it looked, but how it lived and moved. What you create here becomes something you can return to. A reflection of what mattered. A record of being here, together.
